Transition for young people with support needs survey

ARC Scotland has launched a survey to seek the views of young people and their parents and carers in order to map the availability of planning and support for people aged 14 – 25 years who have additional support needs in Scotland. The evidence from the survey will help better understand how people with additional support needs make the move from school to adulthood, which will inform recommendations to the Scottish Government, local authorities, and the NHS. The survey will close 11 November 2016.
